Help and complaints

Describe the problem, application version and phone model. Do not send your recovery code, password or token. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days. Common problems and error report instructions.

Report abuse or illegal content

The application is also available to people without an account. Send a message to info@dropsee.eu with the subject "Dropsee Content Report". In order for us to find you a job and evaluate your application, please provide:

1. Job ID if you know it; otherwise, space, place, author, title and approximate time the content was viewed.
2. A description of the content and why you think it is illegal or against the rules. In case of copyright infringement, indicate the work and your authorization to report it.
3. Reporter's name and email address for reply. We do not require your name when reporting child sexual abuse.
4. Declaration: "I am reporting in good faith; the information provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge."

Do not include illegal child abuse material. A simple screenshot can help with other matters as long as it doesn't further violate your privacy.

If you provide your contact details, we will confirm receipt and inform you of the outcome without undue delay. Entries are assessed by a human. You can respond to the decision and request a reconsideration.

Privacy and account deletion

For access to data, rectification, transfer, objection or deletion, please write to the same address. Delete account without application - instructions. We will confirm ownership in a manner proportionate to the request; do not send us your ID without agreeing on the necessity.
