Check that the save has been confirmed, the job has not expired and both phones have selected the same space. Approach the place of creation and show its characteristic details. In viewing mode use Search again and AR status. The recognition attempt may take approximately 30 seconds.

The view from the first floor or a completely different angle may not be enough. Glass, darkness, smooth walls and major changes in the environment make it difficult to recreate. Dropsee does not guarantee that you will find every job.

From version 0.30, choose See → Map. Purple clusters show the number of active works; darker clusters mean more drops. Tap a cluster to see the approximate distance, then choose Open AR or the Camera tab when nearby. The map uses the space selected on the home screen and refreshes every minute. It does not identify a particular wall or floor. Works without GPS can only be found in AR. If your connection fails, use the refresh button once you are back online.

Slowly scan a larger area of the solid surface. Avoid strong reflections and moving obstacles; try in better light. If the problem returns, please report it with your phone model, app version and distance description. Before sending the recording, remove faces and private information from the frame.

Choose a location with clear, still details. Move the phone slowly, also showing the surface surroundings. Just going around a solid wall doesn't provide enough detail. Check the internet and try somewhere else.

After internet is restored, check My traces and try to find the work in AR before reposting it. If the application has saved a sketch, select Resume sketch. The place must be indicated again. Do not uninstall the application before securing the recovery code and local models.

Open Settings → Secure/recover account → Recover account with code. Use the code you saved earlier. Recovering changes access to your profile and the code you used no longer works - create a new one. Don't treat this as logging into the same profile on multiple devices at the same time.

If you don't have the code, please write to support. For security reasons, knowing the profile name alone is not sufficient to take over or delete it.

Enter in Settings → Advanced: server address. The official address is https://api.dropsee.eu. Save the address and select Link Profile. Profiles on different servers are separate.

Payments are currently disabled. You can preview the add-ons in the store. There is no subscription fee. We will inform you separately about the launch of purchases and their conditions before the start of sales.

Select space on home screen, open My traces, select the job and confirm deletion. For larger numbers of entries, use Older traces. We describe deleting the entire account on a separate page.

Use report while working in AR. You can also block the author. If you don't have the app, use it email reporting instructions. Read it community rules.

In app version 0.17, open My traces, select your active work, then Extend validity. The free extension sets the expiry to up to 7 days from now, within the limits of the Google anchor. It does not use your daily quota. If the connection is interrupted, check the expiry in the list; repeated taps do not add weeks. An expired anchor requires creating the work again at the location.

From version 0.35, earn Pigment by publishing an artwork, discovering a new artwork by another person in AR or finding an event figure, and saving a new tag design. Your first task each day earns 30 Pigment; the other two earn 10 each. Each task type is rewarded once a day. Any three active days in a week earn another 50. You do not have to complete everything or maintain a streak. Days and weeks (starting Monday) use Polish time. The same design or discovered artwork cannot earn the reward again. A server connection is required to record rewards.

On the Pigment screen, exchange 100 Pigment for 3 m² of either gold or silver chrome paint. These are separate balances and refills add to your existing stock. A gold variant of one of the eight starter sculptures costs 1500 Pigment and stays unlocked on your profile. Placing it still uses the normal sculpture allowance. Standard colours remain free.

Designing a metallic tag does not consume paint. Before publishing in AR, you will see estimated usage and remaining stock. Coverage is based on size and metallic strokes: transparent areas are free and overlapping strokes in a single artwork count once. Enlarging a tag increases usage. Paint is deducted only after a successful save; retrying the same save after a connection failure does not charge twice. Each new placement uses another portion. Deleting an artwork or letting it expire does not refund paint; extending the same artwork does not consume more.

The library shows thumbnails and names. Select a design for a larger preview, then place it in AR, edit it or rename it. The editor offers the same unlocked tools as live graffiti. Changes affect the local design and future placements, not previously published artwork. Designs are stored on your phone; uninstalling the app may delete them.
